Hailey was born and raised in Hessmer, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana School for the Agricultural Sciences before earning her phlebotomy license from CLTCC and beginning her career in the medical field. Hailey worked at Mansura Family Clinic and later as a patient care tech at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She eventually transitioned into the automotive industry, where she currently works as a title clerk for multiple Vaughn Automotive dealerships.

With a strong background in customer service, attention to detail, and helping others, Hailey was naturally drawn to real estate. She is passionate about guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and is excited to serve buyers and sellers throughout Central Louisiana.
